ID Label Update on COVID-19
I’d like to provide an update on how ID Label is adapting to support our essential supply-chain customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We Are With You
First, a huge thanks to all the manufacturers, food distributors, distribution centers, logistics companies, healthcare providers, labs and others working hard to keep us safe. We are proud to be your labeling supplier—and we will be with you throughout this crisis!
As an essential supplier, ID Label’s manufacturing facilities remain operational. We have seen an influx of orders from many of you that are part of vital supply chains. Please know we continue to prioritize these customer orders and are shipping them as soon as they are completed. We are also coordinating with our suppliers to ensure access to raw materials. Although we do not anticipate any significant issues with the continuity of supply to our customers, it’s possible some of you may experience a modest slow-down in delivery times.

A Focus on Safety
We are taking extra steps to provide a safe work environment for our employees. Those who are able to perform their work remotely are doing so. For our production staff, we are adjusting work schedules and staffing to reduce the number of employees in our production area at any given time, and we are encouraging social distancing in our facilities, along with safe hygiene practices.
For the safety of our employees, we have temporarily postponed installation projects for several weeks. We will resume our schedule as soon as it is deemed safe to do so, consulting with CDC guidelines and local and state governments.
I’m sure you appreciate that our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, while also servicing our many customers.
Please continue to assess your current and future labeling needs and plan accordingly as part of your organization’s contingency planning.
Placing orders now for recurring LPN label needs or for any upcoming projects with business-critical deadlines will help us successfully plan for sourcing and production.
Thank you for your understanding. I will continue to provide updates as circumstances change. Meanwhile, please reach out to your ID Label representative should you have any questions.
