The system has come as part of ID Label’s acquisition of Universal Label Technologies, Inc. of Attleboro Falls, MA. This system provides substrate versatility, image quality and reliability to print large volumes of barcodes, sequential numbers, expiration dates, variable logos/bitmaps and other variable data on unique materials. It leads the market with the best combination of high speed, excellent image quality and substrate compatibility.

ID Label chose the cutting edge UV system because it offers flexible printing options.  The system prints at speeds of up to 400 feet per minute giving press speed for short run and long run variable image printing. Also, this system can provide a print width of up to 9.6″, enabling printing across the entire web. It does all this while still offering resolutions of up to 316 x 526 dpi to give labels outstanding print quality.
